We are registered as Processor in the Register of Personal Data Protection which is supervised by Data State Inspectorate of the Republic of Latvia.
When you open COINFIDE Account, we are obliged to collect the following information:
- Full name
- Contact information including e-mail address
- Demographic information such as full address and postal code
- Your IP address and access times will be tracked and stored against your user ID for the dual purposes of preventing fraud and creating an audit trail when using the COINFIDE Service
- Financial information such as internal transfers data, encrypted payment card number (we do not store your CVV code), bank account information which is required for processing of withdrawals
- For the purposes of verification we reserve the right to request proof of identification in an offline format Other information relevant to customer surveys and offers
When sending money to a non-registered user, we will store the recipient’s email address.
Use of Information

Protection of Your Information
COINFIDE protects your account information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Once logged into your Account, all internet communication and all sensitive financial information supplied is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256 bit encryption.
You must enter your login and password each time you want to access your COINFIDE account preferably using virtual keyboard. Be sure to logout when finished using a shared computer and otherwise protect the password used to access the COINFIDE services.
Never share your account details with anyone. If you are concerned that your password has been compromised, you must change it once you are logged on, or contact our customer support department.
Control of Personal Information
If a customer’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your phone, e-mail or postal address), or if a customer is no longer willing to use our Service, we ensure possibility to correct and update such information. You can update data when logged into COINFIDE Portal in the Profile section. Some of information can be changed through contacting COINFIDE customer support department.
You can close COINFIDE account at any time. However, please note we are obliged to keep certain minimum user information to comply with legal regulatory and technical back up requirements.

When you access our website we track how it is used thereforewe may place small data files called “cookies” on your computer.
We send a “session cookie” to your computer when you log into your account. This type of cookie helps us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages on our site during the same session, so that we don’t need to ask you for your password on each page.
